I am just beginning to incorporate Hot Stones therapeutically into my work.

Passionate and gifted with a strong desire to educate the public on the benefits of Massage Therapy either through my work or by teaching, I hope to be part of the new vision for healthcare in todays growing field of complimentary medicine with focus on pain management/prevention,
stress-reduction and Body Awareness/integration. I look for structural patterns through unconscious behaviors. I will give you 
stretches and techniques that support the work we do together in session to help you re-educate these patterns.
